Keeping in touch with June’s News – and it’s huge.
After the madness of the May 2018 Privacy Updates, we were hoping for a quieter June. We wrote a new story about rabbits, which needed considerable revising. Then, we unexpectedly found ourselves moving south. And not just for the winter!
Our monthly newsletter went out today, and this will help keep our website visitors “in the loop” while we grow our own story.
As if winter isn’t cold enough, we are moving a little closer to Antarctica. And bringing the rabbits with us.
The South West of WA holds a particular place in our hearts – with its wonderful forests and wildlife, and especially the threatened Black Cockatoos. So, we are moving our office from Mandurah to Busselton at the end of June, 2018.
Inspiration abounds there, between the ocean and the forests, and we know there are new stories just waiting to be written and shared. We will have wonderful new adventures with which we can whisk children away, in the blink of an eye.
We know it can be cold down there, so ugg boots and warm scarves are the order of the day for winter. Beachcombing after big storms is something we love to do.
Having an online business like Stories My Nana Tells means that we can be close to you, where ever you are, through the internet.
So, while we are shivering away down south, don’t forget to share your adventures with us on our Facebook page at Stories My Nana Tells
What’s happening with Grrk the Motorbike Frog?
Here is the latest news about Grrk the Motorbike Frog. The book has been printed and it is big, bold, and beautiful. We love it. So do our readers.
More than that, it is a story written to be a dedicated fund raiser for Australian schools and community groups. There is a link on the home page of the website where you can get a copy of the story.  You can get information on how the fundraising is done, too.
Please make sure you check it out and get your copy of the book.
It’s a fun read for children, too. It will be available for anyone to get directly from the website for their own family. We will add it to the library as soon as we are in Busselton.
Are there any new stories coming from Stories My Nana Tells?
Yes, there certainly are! A new story about rabbits – The New Adventures of Mr. Magoo – is going up on to the website in the next few days. It’s our top priority when we get to Busselton and get the new office on line.
We haven’t forgotten the Dragons, either, and there is a plethora of Dinosaurs who are rattling their cages and wanting to be heard.
